Pros

Everyone is very helpful and want you to succeed. There's definitely a team vibe unlike a lot of sales positions where everyone's competing against each other. There are also so many tools available to make the job easier.

Cons

Sales is hard and you deal with a lot of rejection. There's always a wanting more feeling and it seems a little "punishy" if goals aren't met. You could be up YOY but if you don't reach your goal then they start talking about no longer being able to work from home.

Pros

The local team is awesome! They are the only reason it was hard to leave. You can grow if you work for it Really strong terrestrial product

Cons

- Misguided sales initiatives makes finding your flow challenging. - Corporate leadership is out of touch with how to position IHM in the market. - Comp structures limit your growth and lack transparency. - There is always a fine line between busy and chaotic and this company has lost sight of that line. Nothing gets done in chaos.
