Pros

- Great managers and co-workers. Some of the best managers I have had in my professional career. - Remote positions easily available - Ability to jump around different positions internally - You will generally get a raise if you just ask (and of course has merits to back it up) - Though raises aren't that big of an increase so it's easier to jump around and get more pay that way. - The things you will learn will open up many doors when you decide to leave. I personally learned a lot about marketing, sales, building relationships with clients/agencies, etc.

Cons

- Raises aren't very good, and not competitive to other companies. - - iHeart has had 3 layoffs in the last 4 years, from entry-level to VP and everyone in between. - AEs are constantly stressed to reach company goals, local market-level management is also stressed and over-worked, so support is also stressed and over-worked. Recently, commissions have also been decreased on certain products that are negatively affecting AEs and leading to lower moral overall. - Most positions will lead to burnout. Be CAREFUL. - It's definitely a "profit over people" type of company
