Pros

It was radio, so it used to be fun. Communication and sharing of ideas was actually good. Invested in technology.

Cons

Ignored small markets. Too much focus on websites. Fired so many people that they expect you to do the same as you did when there were twice as many people.

Pros

Great experience. Very laid back. If they like you and aren't fake to you, it'll be one of the greatest experiences for you. Opens a lot of doors and you are presented with great opportunities and learn a lot.

Cons

Play favorites, take forever to let you know if you're hired and some times just never bother getting back to you. They aren't very good to their interns either. I felt bad for them. They're bullied by Athanasia and the street team.
