Pros

Free coffee and people who are suffering as much as you.

Cons

The fascistic management style and ponzi scheme commission structure. Micromanagement and bullying are the status quo in this company.

Pros

iHeartMedia offers incredible access to people and experiences and can be a supportive environment. You will find plenty of caring mentors if you look for them.

Cons

iHeartMedia is a huge company, which means you will likely need to leverage your skills to create opportunities and find mentors. Remember the saying, "If it is to be, it's up to me."

Pros

Good people to work with. Dedicated and loyal. Always a fun light atmosphere.

Cons

Too much oversight. Strangling upper management. Overpaid order takers. it's like working for Nazis. They are constantly jamming directives from some clueless exec. down your throat. Things that have very little to do with your format. Driving audience away in the name of the almighty dollar. Very small picture view. Taking money from management companies and record companies then forcing all stations to play that artist several times a day. They don't seem to care if it fits the format you present. They don't give you a choice.
