Pros

The experience, flexibility, and events.

Cons

Corrupt organization. Corporate brain washing, zero organizational or operational framework. Restructuring from top down, instead of ground up. This organization pushed and made my mental health worse. I was forced to work from a reactive framework and the management tried to force me to do things that were corrupt, so I quit. For my own health, safety, and well being, I had to quit.

Pros

I had a great manager, and the office environment was very good. Definitely a good set of people to work with. Insurance was really good, which I desperately needed when I took the job. They provide snacks and coffee. Yes, that is one of the pros.

Cons

There are a lot of cons. Pay is low, prospecting is difficult based on the companies text stack. Their salesforce development is weak and confusing. The company is $5 billion in debt, and have been making huge layoffs, including hosts on the air. They push radio and wanted us to sell it almost exclusively, but it’s just a dying game. I was there for six months, made over 3000 phone calls, set over 25 first time meetings, pitched about the same and every single deal fell through, even with my manager on the phone. Some of the hardest sales I’ve ever done. I just didn’t see an upside.
