      Pros

      Although a lot is expected it can be a very laid back environment overall which is beneficial in getting work done. This is from my viewpoint as there seems to be drastic differences between sales and programming positions as well as different positions within programming.

      Cons

      As mentioned in other reviews, advancement, raises, bonuses are very rare. Also, job security is not very good, there has been consistent "reductions in force" for quite some time now and it's sometimes scary to know you're doing a good job and still have to worry about whether or not you'll have a job the next month....

      Pros

      Allows for good work-life balance because no one bothers you when you are off the clock. Some of the people I work with are fabulous. 401k is comparable to similar companies' offers.

      Cons

      Salary is slightly better than a high school graduate could expect at a first job. Five years ago, everyone took a 10% pay cut and no one has gotten a raise yet. Few opportunities for career advancement, and those will be squashed by middle managers who don't want to lose valuable employees. Quality control management is non-existent. Dying industry refusing to recognize need for change.
