Pros

Innovative company that is always striving to improve services to our customers and make sure we are available on every platform our listeners are using.

Cons

budgeting does seem pretty tight. Since the company seems to shoot for less employees who have several titles, everyone seems to be stressed constantly because we are stretched thin.

Pros

Great coworkers, talent, access to tickets and events are a great perk. Good account assignments if you are willing to work for it.

Cons

Management does play favorites. Major incompetence on the management team- have people without college degrees in leadership roles that lack sophistication, to put it kindly.
