Pros

People are mostly friendly. Management is well-liked. Benefits decent.

Cons

Corporate management aloof to concerns of regional offices, especially small markets. Pay terrible by industry standards for lower level employees while higher management compensated well. Not even paying a living wage to full-time employees.

Pros

Great place to work, I personally learned a lot from the staff and managment! The radio stations are awesome, fun events, good staff, and there are occasional perks!

Cons

The job is relatively low pay, the hours per week are extremely inconsistent, and it's hard to balance work and other activities.
