Pros

Very rewarding working. Knowledgable co-workers who take pride in their work and doing the best they can in generating the highest shares and advertising sales for the television stations they represent. Everyone willing to help one another.

Cons

Fast moving, high pressure position to turn work around quickly. Once you develop a system it flows much better. May not get a great deal of direction in developing a system initially, but ask for help and you will eventually figure out what works best for you.

Pros

Great network, laid back environment.

Cons

Very few opportunities for advancement. They will keep you in the same job making the same amount of many for as long as you let them. Next to impossible to move up unless you apply for a higher position in another city.
