Worst company I've ever worked for

Pros

Perks - tickets to any kind of event (but only if the person who managed those tickets likes you). There are plenty of decent and awesome people there - but not at the decision-making level.

Cons

You only matter if you're on-air or in senior management - everyone else is disposable and treated as such. Expected to put in more than 24 hours a day without compensation. No understanding from the senior management about family emergencies or sick children - Clear Channel comes first. No problem taking credit for other people's ideas.

Pros

Pretty good place to work with a lot of perks such as concert tickets at area venues. Also, exciting to be in the music industry.

Cons

politics, in a word. Like any large corporation, everyone is trying to climb the ladder of success so you sometimes their efforts to do so will be on the backs of others.

Pros

Lots of cool events to work. Fun work environment and very laid back.

Cons

As an intern there wasn't much learning experiences, mostly hanging banners and selling T-shirts
