Pros

As a promotions assistant, it's a really flexible part time job that lets you work as many or as little as you want/need. It also allows you to personally get to know radio talent and other full-timers within the company, who can become great resources when you want to find a full time gig.

Cons

The pay is bad and there's no chance of a raise. The equipment is outdated too.

Pros

Great experience. Definitely hands on. I was able to do some cool things, such as manage certain artist during their concerts.

Cons

Very limited growth. I expressed interest in growing within the company, but they didn't pay any attention. It was very frustrating.
