Pros

great corporate vision and industry leadership at the top; brand recognition and favorable corporate identity

Cons

very tough sell at the local level; 100% commission, local markets operating short-staffed and held to goals and budgets that are unrealistic in a dying medium/shift to centralized corporate regional/national control makes local success very very difficult/competing against internal forces from a higher level

Pros

The office is a cool environment, there's musical performances sometimes that you can go to for free, occasional free lunch, and the people are generally friendly.

Cons

The communication between different departments isn't always great, which is ironic for a communication industry.
