Pros

No set hours. Come and go as you please.

Cons

Only want to hire employees part time (29hrs per week max) and pay them $8.00/hr. In the initial job interview, there were promises to move up and was told there's always room for growth and there simply isn't unless you're 'in' with the CEO and sound like everyone else. They don't want creativity, they want robots. Because they don't want to pay more than $8.00 and there's no hope for moving up, everyone who is part time has to have other jobs which means no one is really ever there and morale is awful.

Pros

There are great opportunities working to work in various departments everyone is extremely helpful and willing to give guidance.

Cons

Working for a smaller clear channel often times they hire people who aren't qualified for the position creating tension for long term employees.

Pros

Definitely enjoyed working here, was able to work promotions with some great people. Solid bosses that help out and enough autonomy to find your own groove.

Cons

A lit bit low pay for promotion and marketing. The job was part-time, so it would have been great to be able to advance to full time.
