Pros

They know how to produce a good concert

Cons

No regard for employees, not nimble, too many vp's, I have seen them layoff sales people who are exceeding heir budgets - no care for employees.

Pros

It's fun to work in the entertainment business. There are opportunities to meet celebrities/artists/athletes, and occasional opportunities to get into events. You'll find a lot of passionate employees and managers working here. Plenty of free food from clients.

Cons

Only some employees are valued monetarily (upper management, and big name talent). Otherwise, raises are very few and far between, and bonuses are structured to be next to impossible to reach. Quality of sales staff is diminished due to regular cuts in commission. Lower management kept in the dark, upper management is isolating.

Pros

Lots of enthusiastic people and excellent offices and perks Pay is good too.

Cons

You're basically on your own at this company...you get the title, as desk and computer, and you just go for it. The merging of radio, online and events has really yet to happen convivially. It's sort of a mess.
