Pros

Fun environment. (Mostly) great people. Occasional tickets to concerts and free lunches. The work was fairly simple and straight forward.

Cons

Pay was below average. The cost of benefits kept going up. Manager wasn't knowledgeable about what they were really doing, was a hardcore micromanager and would talk down to employees constantly.

Pros

Work with great people who work hard and play hard. Company is on the forefront of new technologies and connecting advertisers with consumers in new ways. Radio remains an incredibly strong medium.

Cons

Sales-centric, mostly flat hierarchy sometimes makes career advancement difficult. Often feels like big offices/markets like New York and Los Angeles get the best benefits/perks.

Pros

My coworkers were great and supportive. Compensation was ok and benefits were nice. A great entry level job for me!

Cons

Only real room for upward movement is moving.
