Pros

Awesome global company that is staying on the cutting edge of media technologies. If you want to try your hand at media sales on an entry level basis this might be an ok place to start but if you are a seasoned vet you might want to try out one of the competitors.

Cons

Beware of management, smoking mirrors and unclear goals. The tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door but the minute you express concerns about your pay or culture they will "starve you out". The position is 100% commission but 70% of the sales team has been there for 10+ years there is not an opportunity to really secure high billing contracts. If there is an error out of your control, traffic, billing ect; management will not defend you they will push you in front of the bus. Management's concern is revenue NOT your commission so if it's good for their bonus and bad for you guess who is getting pushed in front of that bus, you. Instead of building, and supporting the sales staff they are constantly brought down and badgered. Being in a 100% commission job is hard as it is, but when you have to fight in your own home to eat it doesn't make for a very friendly work environment.

Team environment, hard to work up the ladder

Pros

Lots of local connections, flexible hours, team-based. I worked in the San Francisco office and it was a fun gig. I worked in the Promotions department, and really got to know the Bay Area well by going out on Street Events and coordinating events with local schools and companies.

Cons

Big company, minimum wage pay, if you get paid at all. There aren't a ton of senior positions so there's not much room for climbing up the ladder.
