Pros

I remember decent benefits. I was in a satellite office so I didnt deal with management at all

Cons

Hard to get in touch with management at times because I worked at a station that was owned by another company. I did traffic.

Not worth it.

Pros

Some good perks like free tickets and t-shirts.

Cons

Lower level management controls far too much and treats employees poorly without oversight from mid and upper level management. Also, if you're not part of the in-crowd, you're left out in the cold. Department heads seek out and reward those who think exactly like themselves and punish those who do not.
