      Pros

      They are very forward thinking in their approach to business. I LOVED my senior managers and really enjoyed working with my staff.

      Cons

      They make frequent employee cuts and put that work on to those that are left. I felt like nobody's position was secure regardless of how well they did their job.

      Flexible work schedule. Fun coworkers. Great internship program.

      Cons

      No room for growth, been told I was lucky to still have a job when looking for an increase in compensation. Rather hire out than promote from within.
