Pros

It's a large company with branches in many areas of the country.

Cons

It has a philosophy of taking money from its successful stations, and instead of using it to maintain infrastructure, equipment, etc. it is used to buy up more stations, while employees work in facilities with broken equipment and computers, where stations are frightfully understaffed overworked and underpaid.

Cons

NOOOO chance of moving up in the industry...all jocks are recorded, NOTHING on the radio is hardly live anymore and they treat lower level employees with no respect

Pros

I was able to use my creativity as well as my sense of humor to benefit my clients.

Cons

Two many levels of management and no way to monitize the internet products.
