Pros

Every employee was fun, work atmosphere was casual. Perks of occasional celeb meet and greet.

Cons

As with many large companies corporate cares more about bringing in money than the talented employees. I left voluntarily just before all the lay offs but saw many, MANY of my friends let go. The tension/aura in the building now is saddening.

Pros

Free access to fun events, paid for accommodations on trips, provided food during long work days, full access to local events

Cons

Ignored by most of management, most of the work seems irrelevant, bureaucratic, unfair promotions, play favorites, long work hours, weekends and holidays included
