the people you work with are great, and you get to go to a lot of different events that are fun.

Cons

unpaid and a lot of the events you work are on the weekends and are eaither in the morning or at night so you might lose out on a lot of weekends

Pros

Fun place to work. Co-workers are a blast to work with. Lots of extra perks, like concert tickets, to offset the pay.

Cons

Pay is pretty low. Management doesn't always give preference to current employees for other job opportunities. Hours can be hard sometimes.

Pros

Brand is known by customers, and therefore there is benefit as to creditability with customers. The size is beneficial in marketing

Cons

Brand is known by customers and many people see them as the Dart Vader that has monopolized the radio business
