Pros

100 % commission but also unlimited earning potential, tons of perks- concerts vip satus etc. , can be creative and exciting

Cons

after the buy out everyone is a number. if you don't know how great it used to be you would be happy. but those longterm employess like me find the changes stifling

Pros

Free Concert Tickets. The environment is very loose, just do what ever it takes and you are empowered to do so.

Cons

some times there is a lack of direction but if you are able to deal with that then it's ok.

Pros

CCO has a great work environment. Good for those that can manage themselves to get work done. Training is non-existant but out-of-home media is easy to catch on to. NO micromanaging. CC Radio is a whole different story... Salary In a top 10 maket: starting at 45k with draw, 2-3 years at 65k and 4-5 years 95k and up.

Cons

Be friends with your managers as they only give house accounts to those '" who deserve them
