Pros

Work hard, play hard team environment. Opportunity to travel and hard work is rewarded. Top sales performers do very well and earnings with 6 figures. Advancement possible as company grows.

Cons

Not a place for clock punchers who want little or no change in their life. There will be constant change here with new markets and assignments. You must embrace change to survive!

Pros

It's job in the entertainment industry. You get to work with relatively famous people in a highly sought-after occupation. People don't hawk my hours even though I do work 8 hour days.

Cons

The pay is deplorable. There are no promotions, raises or bonuses. Health benefits used to be awesome now they suck. Management is inconsistent. Older, tenured, highly paid employees do virtually nothing while those paid the lowest are constantly expected to take on new responsibilities. I often feel like my PD is waiting for me to make a mistake, he's never said anything positive about my job.
