Pros

Great resources, corporate image, fun industry to be in. Always a new challenge, every day is different. Good career if you enjoy working with new people daily.

Cons

High pressure, no training to grow internally, low pay

Pros

Want to teach me their ways. And want me to succeed they way they have succeeded. So far so good

Cons

Of course working as a sales rep has its cons but you either learn to work with it and manage your own future financially or you are in the wrong business.

Use to be a nice place, now its just robot-radio and part-timers.

Pros

Working in radio is better than other jobs.

Cons

They have cut/gotten rid of nearly all full-time people and left only part-timers. The company is evil.
