Pros

great perks, opportunity to make unlimited money theoretically

Cons

current owners don't understand the "front line" obsticles of being in sales. they want to homogenize radio to the point that individuality is lost between markets

Pros

Good people, fun place to work...media is great!

Cons

This cluster is constantly changing leadership and formats. There is also a huge problem with turnover. This is likely due to the churn and burn mentality of the company.

Pros

It's a great place to work if you like to drink the CC Company Kool-aid. Also, I got a decent severance package when they laid me off. However, they don't even offer that anymore. About 5 years ago they were a decent company. But now, it's a company headed for bankruptcy with no clear direction. It used to be a stable place to work, but no more.

Cons

Management doesn't know how to manage. Work duties are undefined. You're get paid less to do more. Company morale is at an all time low. Also, they've cut over 10% of their workforce just this year. They (Clear Channel) blame the economy. But the reason they're in this hole is because of their greed and mis-management.
