Outstanding resources: media, traffic, mapping, etc reseach available and ready at your fingertips
Well-established company across the US
Great co-workers
Occassional $ bonus for sales
Solid training program
On-going training sessions
Cons
Lack of communication between upper and middle management
Management blatant with upper management politics
No local HR contact person making enrolling in benefits extremely difficult
Provided resources, but sink or swim mentality on learning how to use them
Management says it's an open door policy, but closed door meetings ocurred daily with upper management leaving all other employees in the dark
Motivation and team building non-existent (outside of occassional quarter-end bonus for selling specific packages)
Not all are offered the training program
Very Few. The money is OK, but that's because I have a contract and a good lawyer.
Cons
NO recognition, NO leadership, NO appreciation, Employees are pitted against each other, benefits fade consistently, good people are laid off while mediocre people are retained. No incentive to do our best. Just marking time until something better comes along.
