Pros

There is an awesome opportunity to learn & grow here at iHerb. There is a good work/life balance. The benefits and compensation are very good. The fact that my role is permanently remote allows me to have an increased quality of life.

Cons

Since the company is growing very quickly, there are the usual growing pains that come with that. Nothing that iHerb is doing wrong, though.

Cons

Didn't have reorg changes for a while, but now with new reorg, recognition and promotions are better. International business requires On-Call if necessary.
