Pros

Free soda and giveaways and an occasional taco Tuesday.

Cons

I found very little to be positive about in this company. High-level management doesn’t see the value in their staff nor do they want to help them be their best. They yell at their employees and undermine the work and contributions they make. Very few support staff stay very long as the dysfunction and disorganization will make one go mad.

Over promise and under deliver

Pros

Unlimited income potential (which is nice). Giveaways with cool prizes. Game room with ping pong and playstation. Cool people.

Cons

Unlimited income (must work 7 days a week at least 10 hours a day) The prizes you win you have to pay taxes on, even if it's cash. Game room you can only go in if you're a top producer but working so much you don't have time to enjoy it and they are constantly promising things they can't deliver on and never follow through on what they say, communication is horrible.

Pros

They meetings are fun. Decent benefits. High level of flexibility.

Cons

Very high turnover with loan consultants, sales managers and executives. No loyalty whatsoever unless you are best friends with the CEO. Management is unprofessional and gets intoxicated at company events. They somehow get voted one of the best work places in Denver, but this is entirely untrue. You need to work 50 plus hours to make a living wage.
