There are a few really great people who work there.

Cons

I complained about the sexism and racism on the sales floor. I and provided evidence of unequal treatment to the HR person. I put up sales figures above what one white male put up and he was not told that his numbers were awful. I was told that my numbers were awful but it was not true when compared to my peers and i provided the evidence to support my claim. they lied about my numbers and they lied about opportunities. Avoid these liars and cheaters.

Pros

Great culture, professional yet fun work atmosphere. Fantastic pay & benefits package. Never been happier and love working for my manager! There are also a lot of advancement opportunities as iLending grows and looks to promote within each department.
