After coming from a large corporation it is refreshing to work for a company that actually cares for it's employees and their families. They have a top notch training program for new hires which gives ample time to learn the job and to become the best. The work environment is fast paced but at the same time fun and never boring. I would highly recommend iLendingDIRECT to a friend that is looking for a great place to work.

Cons

I honestly don't have any cons about working here. Be prepared to work hard and you will be rewarded.

I have been here for 3 years and have consistently been offered new opportunities and advancements. I really feel like they care about me and every person in this organization. My success and the company's success can be directly related to the leadership team starting at the very top with our amazing CEO Nancy. I just can not begin to say what an incredible experience this has been.
