Pros

There are some good people and some good managers at this company. Laid back dress code, occasional free food.

Cons

The company continues to offer low salaries in some departments and wonders why no one is able to do their job effectively. When you bring in the worst possible candidates it should be easy to see why turnover is faster than hiring can keep up with. Certain managers have been put in place that have no experience in the positions they are managing. They really struggle to move in the right direction. Some very toxic and shocking behavior from management and employees. Lots of heavy drinking at company events. Terrible benefits.

Pros

Pay is better than some places

Cons

One of the worst employers I have had. Worked here for a year. Company is 80% men. About third of the company (30 people) contracted Covid around august 2020 and later on. One would expect an option to work from home right? Wrong. Don't believe me? Look it up in the Colorado outbreak tracker. Employees are crammed exactly 6 ft apart with no masks or ventilation. Head management is vehemently anti-WFH and provided no flexibility with scheduling. Random saturday shifts, Impossible to use PTO with short notice and don't expect a yearly raise even though it is promised. Constant micromanagement and the bonus policy changed 5 times in 1 year. Whole back of house started making LESS money as the company GREW. Don't expect good training or opportunity for advancement unless you are a favorite. Expensive health insurance and only 3% match 401k after 1 year. Don't even get me started on the terrible computers and LOS software that is coded in house. It breaks monthly and ruins loans. Title department is barley functioning and head manager just quit. In one year about 30% of every department had left and been replaced. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Pros

Sales. You are treated well, but make sure to ask questions. Ability to make a lot of money.

Cons

Management. All managers in my department talk badly about every other department and it’s specific to names. It’s unprofessional and uncomfortable but let my manager vent?
