      Pros

      I imagine its a good place to work if you are friends with the right people.

      Cons

      Senior management thrives on politics & games and pays little attention to the day to day business of the company. If you're friends with the right people, you can pretty much do whatever you want or as little work as you want. Other employees are afraid to lift their heads from their desks or open their mouths.

      Pros

      Low Stress. Interesting Atmosphere. Surrounded by movies/media. Decent pay + good benefits. Nice people to work with. Good location in the city.

      Cons

      Boring work. Not a lot of variety in the job. Not a well known company. Very small, so not a lot of room for a long career.

      iN Demand overworks, under values, and underpays some of it’s assistants

      - Great neighborhood in the West Village of NYC. - Some of employees are easy to get along with. - Good insurance benefits - A few nice Executives (mixed in with abusive and overly demanding executives) - Great in house lawyers

      Cons

      iN Demand has a history of laying off employees making approximately $100,000 and then assigning their former workload to assistants making $40,000 and already spread incredibly thin between providing administrative assistance to two different executives plus their individual job role within their department that was far more on the level of a Coordinator or Manager than an assistant, but keeping them at an Assistant’s title in order to pay at an assistant’s level: $40,000 annually in Manhattan is extremely hard to live on because of the exorbitant rent prices and high cost of living.
