Great benefits, generous time off, good location, nice facility and some very nice people.

Cons

The PPV & VOD cable market is imploding while OTT businesses continue to dominate. The CEO is basically "minding the shop" until the owners no longer see a need for In Demand to exist. There are zero new initiatives to grow new business. Cutting the budget to make margin is about the only strategic plan this company has.
