      Pros

      Good people - good education on the business - willing to give you opportunity if you step up. They do a nice job of showing you what you need to do and why you need to do it.

      Cons

      This company has a nice style and a nice attitude. The employees really care. Some upward mobility to the highest levels can be challenging as the top management team is very established.
