      Great work to life ratio. It's not a work culture that encourages working late just for the sake of it Autonomy in responsibilities - many managers will give you responsibility and the ability to own your own projects once you prove yourself. Casual work environment Great area to work in

      Low salary, little willingness to negotiate raises Hiring seemed hasty hence a quick turnover Lots of the work seemed to have no purpose

      Great colleagues, upward mobility is possible, great health benefits and 401k packages, office is in amazing neighborhood

      Cons

      TERRIBLE at salaries. Senior management is inflexible at when someone deserves a promotion vs who is their favorites, reviews dont get you too far.
