- Can be fun aspects to work in the entertainment industry - Most of the pros of the company wide events are gone with Covid

Cons

- Everyone except executive level is underpaid. Execs always get their bonuses, but as soon as you ask to be paid a fair amount for the work you're doing... forget it. - Company is failing. Everyone knows its just a matter of time. - CEO is a bully to put it simply. Worst experience I've had.
