Pros

The growth mindset at iNET is probably one of their greatest pros as it not only makes iNET and their clients grow but their team members as well. In SEO, you have to understand and interpret how technical, semantic, data analytics and UX SEO design are affected by the Google Black Box. Instead of feeling stumped, the various teams at iNET pull together to overcome barriers in order to create actionable solutions for their clients. If you have an intrapreneurial mentality and are a team player, this may be the place for you.

Cons

The onboarding process is slow no matter where you go. Don't be afraid to ask questions from your teammates, or be naturally curious.

Pros

I have been an employee at iNET for almost 4years. Coming from driving a school bus for 14 years, I knew nothing about computers, sending emails, writing for websites, meta data, etc. I am a single mom with 5 kids and they gave me a chance. I love working here, I have learned a lot including html and the content management system. Things I never thought I could do, they made possible. It is very family orientated, and everyone here is like one big family. Family always comes first, if I ever need time off for my kids (or have to bring them in) it is never a problem. There is plenty of work to keep us all busy. I just took over a different position for someone who left (more learning new stuff! ) and still doing my other work, keeps me busy but I enjoy!

Cons

Sometimes can be a little overwhelming because there’s always so much to do.
