      NOT a toxic environment for women

      Pros

      I’m posting to address the review stating this is a “toxic environment for women”. I’ve been with iParametrics for over 4 years and as a woman, could not disagree more. My division has 4 Directors, 3 of which are women and I’d bet they’d agree with me. Our Principals, VP’s and Directors go out of their way to treat everyone well, regardless of gender, race, etc.

      Cons

      We have gone through a lot of growth over the past couple of years, which is a Pro, but also has its challenges.

      Pros

      Decent medical benefits, 3% full match 401k and 2% at half. Decent pay; polite CEO's; Allows some work from home.

      Cons

      No progressive discipline policy They prioritize client needs over company staff work/life balance or listed normal business hours Company mindset of win client bids first and hire staff later to do the work Assigns work to inexperienced staff with little to no support from management
