      NOT a toxic environment for women

      Pros

      I’m posting to address the review stating this is a “toxic environment for women”. I’ve been with iParametrics for over 4 years and as a woman, could not disagree more. My division has 4 Directors, 3 of which are women and I’d bet they’d agree with me. Our Principals, VP’s and Directors go out of their way to treat everyone well, regardless of gender, race, etc.

      Cons

      We have gone through a lot of growth over the past couple of years, which is a Pro, but also has its challenges.

      The corporate office staff is friendly and goes out of their way to help.

      Cons

      Upper management was horrible and constantly created a toxic environment for all women. I wouldn't recommend the company.

      Pros

      I am new to the working world and iParametrics has taken the time to teach me a lot about the industry and the work we are providing for clients. I have been able to get involved many different projects giving me more experience early on in my career. The company works collaboratively among a lot of projects. The management is supportive and finds professional development important. I couldn't have picked a better company/team to work for!

      Cons

      Unless you are in GA, most jobs are working from home.
