Free Breakfast and snacktime. Great people in the trenches. Meditation room. Foosball. Darts. Great receptionist. Convenient location. Good health insurance policy

Cons

Horrible local management by poorly exposed folks to how the rest of the successful world operates. Fancy words with no clue how to execute. No training a free for all on execution.

I take your advise quite seriously and we have been looking for management talent in Fort Lauderdale to rectify this situation, Unfortunately this is taking longer than necessary. Pros

Help is easy to find & is readily available if you can get along with who you're asking. Most senior staffers are knowledgeable & friendly but not all. Overall, it's a job that pays the bills.

Cons

Management & HR is out-of-touch as to why the company is loosing workers. PMs & BAs lack necessary technical skills to bridge the gap between product & managing client expectations resulting in unnecessary stress on workers. Poor documentation. Lack of leadership. Proprietary technology is not usable outside of the company. Careful, nepotism is rampant here. High turnover rate. No clear carrier path here. You just work until you burn out, basically.

Great people to work with. Great company with many growth opportunities. Leadership has vision and openly communicates that vision with employees. A lot of transparency, if you ask.

Cons

Like most companies, there are challenges. Major challenges include having too much to do in too little time. Vision is great, execution sometimes falls short.
