      Pros

      Close to the highway and decent restaurants for lunch. Oh yeah, you can also wear jeans to work. Hardworking co-workers.

      Cons

      Almost indescribable how bad management is at this company. Bullying and harassment happens on the daily and it's encouraged to put team members down.

      Career Destroyer - Manager uses fear

      Pros

      Free Sodas - CEO is very likable

      Cons

      This is a career destroyer. There are no opportunities for advancement unless you are close with management. The manager is very bias and brags a lot about past experience in Exton. However, it is not reflecting in the Florida office. People are afraid to speak up for fear of retaliation.

      Where is my chair?

      Pros

      There are still hardworking people there trying to build that chair, but more keep fleeing as it continues to get worse instead of better.

      Cons

      Management still can't get that chair delivered on time. They keep shuffling cards, but still lose the hand. Manager has been here quite some time now, so no more excuses. There are no excuses anyway - either you delivered on time or you didn't. They are not so smug after a year of reality. Or shouldn't be because they have not delivered previous contracts nor gotten any new ones.

      Since we don't build chairs I am not sure how to respond to your comments. Our turnover in this office is down, we are in a better place by far than we were a year ago, and we continue to have improvements in customer service and delivery. Your comments are not consistent with other employees that I talk to in the office. I would be glad to listen, call me anytime. Tim
