- Hires a lot of grads so has a fun culture - Good place to start career - Can gain lots of experience quickly if on the right project

Cons

- Some teams seem more boring and BAU than others - Titles are very inflated, they are willing to give them away a lot easier than salary increases - Hires a lot of grads so there's sometimes not enough capacity to help everyone
