      Pros

      The Canadian office has an exceptional corporate culture, interesting projects, and technologies. This is one of the best jobs I've ever had. I feel supported by my managers/CEO and see myself progressing in the future, so I highly recommend the company. Hard work is rewarded.

      Cons

      Some teams/projects/employees are better than others, but lateral movement is possible if you don't get it right the first time. The company asks for feedback to improve.
