Felt like a person and not just a number, big fish in medium sized pond. Friendly atmosphere throughout the office.

Cons

Very little rooms for self improvement, pay minimal, and crowded work space. Also, lack of communication between management and developers.

This is a company faking to be a real company that wants to be sold in a year but in reality at a loss in a few years.

Business is thriving. Employees are dedicated. Focus on health and employee. Customers are our partners. Great Training.

Cons

Real issues don't get solved. CEO unaware of real issues. Be more flexible with those who work weekends to deploy. Control seems to be at such a high level. let the managers decided on who deserves flex time or WFH.
