We have a true bond that extends beyond work hours, in addition to our productive collaboration in the office. Our productivity is increased and our relationships are strengthened by this connection.

Cons

Organizing social gatherings for the team might occasionally be challenging due to conflicting schedules and individual preferences. The benefits of developing strong bonds via shared experiences outweigh the practical difficulties and continue to raise our sense of productivity and well-being.
