Free food. Lots of free food. Not only is there free food, you also get free massages.

Cons

Bad management. Lots of turnover. Clicks. There are so many clicks among management and some of their less talented underlings. The turnover in some departments is so high because there are employees who chase talented people away and no one seems to notice or even care.
