I have been at iRhythm for over 5 years now and each year I enjoy my job more and more. I have had the opportunity to work a few different roles within the company and currently have have had two amazing Managers. The head of my department is invested in all levels of their organization and is focused on providing opportunity to individuals who are willing to put in the work. Work/life balance is good and there are check-ins throughout the year to ensure workload is fair. Opportunity for advancement and investment in learning and education is hard to find in an employer but it is a focus at iRhythm. I enjoy the fast paced environment and I feel proud of the product. The new executive team and CEO are as transparent as possible and not afraid to share failures and opportunities for improvement. I also like that my department hosts reoccurring skip level meetings and my leadership team makes time to meet with me.

Cons

Turnover due to some roles shifting, however the company does it's best to create new roles and retain top talent.
