If you’re a “yes man” you’ll go far here - tons of bad decisions being made because it gives the illusion of progress - management is mediocre at best - bringing in lots of contractors from overseas

The CMO created a culture of fear and dysfunction. He frequently called out and embarrassed people during meetings, cutting them off before they could finish a thought. Every decision had to go through him, which stalled progress and made even simple projects drag on for weeks. He demanded full control and expected the team to be available at all hours to respond to his messages. The environment was chaotic, ego-driven, and exhausting — not a healthy or sustainable place to work. Stay far away from area's he works, otherwise iRTC is a good place to work.
