They offer great benefits and compensation, nice to work from home

Cons

Wildly micromanaged, value productivity over quality of work, intense mistreatment of lower level employees like patch techs, way too much mandatory overtime

- good salary, which is the results of nobody watching the bottom line or the return on investment. I left on my own decision due to poor executive leadership

Cons

As the company states it is moving faster with unfortunate results. Unknowledgeable manager is the top reason people are leaving. Outsourcing to Philippines was a very bad business investment. Micromanagement is not motivating

Pros

Pay is competitive and they offer bonuses and stock options. They have (had) a great product but are very slow to innovate and it is costing them their competitive advantage.

Cons

Leadership and unethical behaviors. Highly stressful environment with not enough resources and staff to support the direction that the company is going. Very dysfunctional and still operates like a start-up even though the company is nearly 20 years old. You can see why it hasn't been profitable and is struggling to spin a profit for investors. Do your research before joining. It's a shiny object but not all that glitters is gold.
