      Competitive salary, free breakfast & lunch.

      Cons

      If you are preparing to work at Irhythm then expect to be extremely overworked. Most of the time you will be assigned more work than you will be capable of completing. If you inform management of this it will simply go in one ear and out the other. It can also be very difficult to get any help or assistance from other colleagues. When you ask for help most of the employees will make no effort to help you. On top of that, management does not provide any type of training for new employees. Some of the employees can also be very rude and passive aggressive. So my advice, if you have other opportunities of employment, I strongly recommend you consider one of those instead.

      Pros

      Decent benefits. That's it. They got rid of most good things.

      Cons

      Work life balance is atrocious and anytime you try to make room for your life they will gaslight you and verbally intimidate you to playing their way. Verbal abuse from lower and middle management is a huge problem. They treat employees like robots one minute or spoiled children the next. Pay is decent but not enough, if you can't afford a place to live on it then you can't continue to come in to work the next day. Cost of living MUST be taken into account.

      Increasingly intense micromanagement

      Pros

      There are some amazing people there and you can get a lots of experience.

      Cons

      EVERYTHING. This is a horrible place to work. Upper management try to micromanage every second of your day , down to your productivity. Technicians are expected to work after hours or on weekends to get things done but not be compensated for it .Not to mention the unrealistic expectations that your manager puts on you. Don't subject yourself to the loads of stress you will have working there. RUN!
